1. The applicant acknowledges and agrees that all materials provided, including but not limited to images, text, videos, audio, etc. ("Materials"), are confidential. The applicant who receives these materials shall not disclose them to anyone except with prior written permission from Thailand Furui Co., Ltd. or its authorized persons (collectively referred to as "FLIPPED"). The applicant acknowledges that using or disclosing materials in a manner that does not comply with these terms and conditions will result in irreparable harm, and compensation for damages is not an adequate remedy. Therefore, in addition to any other legal remedies, Thai Furui Limited has the right to seek equitable or injunctive relief for unauthorized use or disclosure of materials. Thailand Furui Co., Ltd. has the right to seek any other legally permissible remedies for such breach, including but not limited to direct and indirect damages.
2. The applicant agrees to protect the reputation of this program and protect Thailand Furui Limited from damage. The applicant acknowledges that they are prohibited from publishing any speeches, pictures, texts, videos, audios, or any other materials related to the program or Thailand Furui Limited on their own or on their behalf. Prohibit the use of the program or the name, trademark, trade name or logo of Thailand Furui Limited for any self promotion activities or commercial gain.
3. The applicant must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, abide by social norms and morals, pay attention to the applicant's image, behavior, and speech, and establish and protect an appropriate appearance.
4. The applicant shall be responsible for any improper behavior or violation of these terms and conditions related to any of the aforementioned projects. Thailand Furui Co., Ltd. has the right to initiate legal proceedings against the applicant and demand or demand compensation for any losses and/or damages suffered by the applicant due to their failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
5. The applicant understands and agrees that the activities of this project will include but are not limited to the photography and film parts that the applicant will be filming. The applicant understands, acknowledges, and agrees that these videos and images may be part of the final exhibition, future programs, and/or news related to the program, and may be made available to the global public. The applicant further declares that they have fully read and understood all the terms of the privacy policy, and hereby agree that Taiguo Furui Co., Ltd. may collect, use, disclose, transfer, and otherwise process (collectively referred to as "processing") the applicant's personal data, including but not limited to the personal data, photos, images, videos, sounds provided in the registration form, and as described in the privacy policy, Any other personal data that Thailand Furui Limited may process during the applicant's participation in the program or activities related to the program.
6. The applicant has read, understood, and agreed to the above matters. By signing and submitting this registration form, the applicant agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
I. The applicant hereby declares and certifies that I have fully, correctly, and truthfully provided all the information in the above registration form. If Thai Furui Co., Ltd. investigates or finds any information that is inconsistent with the registration form, Thai Furui Co., Ltd. has the right to cancel my eligibility to participate in this program.
